Warranty – Jewelry

Maiden Lane stands by their products and offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Damage as a result of excessive wear and tear, abuse, misuse, loss or theft is not covered. We kindly agree to repair or exchange any item that we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Repair or service performed by anyone other than Maiden Lane or an authorized retailer will immediately void the warranty. If repairs cannot be made due to defects in workmanship and materials, the product will be replaced at Maiden Lane’s discretion. If the product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a product of similar design and comparable value. Please retain your original receipt for all warranty services.

Quality Guarantee – Diamonds

Maiden Lane guarantees their diamonds are all natural, have never been drilled or fracture-filled or otherwise enhanced for color or clarity.

Return Authorizations

A completed Return Authorization number is required for any shipments into Maiden Lane’s offices, including ring resizing, special orders, customer stones, repairs, memos, exchanges and returns. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box or the delivery will be refused. Please call customer service at to obtain an RA number.


Our rings have very fine tolerances. If a ring needs to be resized more than .5 to 1 size (depending on the style) we recommend ordering a new ring in order to maintain our high quality standards. The design and processing fee is $150.

Special Orders

Special Orders will be processed after the retailer has confirmed the quoted pricing, estimated delivery date and order details by email or fax. Special Orders require payment upon delivery and cannot be returned. Non-rush Special Orders may be cancelled within 3 business days from order confirmation without incurring a service fee. Because our jewelry is individually tailored to each stone and made by hand, the manufacturing process may take up to 4 weeks. The design and processing fee for special orders is $150.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are generally allowed with a Return Authorization number within 1 week of purchase for a full refund as long as the jewelry is in its original condition.

Special Orders may not be returned.

After one week, 1 for 1 exchanges are generally allowed with a Return Authorization number for customers in good standing. Depending on timing and market factors (such as a significant change in diamond or metal pricing) Maiden Lane reserves the right to adjust the value of items exchanged.

A 10% restocking fee may apply on approved return credits.
